The Board of Directors of AccessPoint RI hold the responsibility of oversight and governance of this non-profit, 501c3 organization. The affairs and property of APRI shall be managed by or under the direction of the Board, subject to applicable law and in accordance with the purposes and limitations set forth in the Bylaws. Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of every other month. Board members are not compensated for their service.
