Donor Database Coordinator

The Rhode Island Community Food Bank is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and mission-driven Donor Database Coordinator to join the Development team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our donor database, accurately processing charitable gifts, and ensuring donors receive timely acknowledgments of their gifts. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, has exceptional attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This is a non-exempt, hourly position reporting to the Database Manager. The Donor Database Coordinator will receive training on the Food Bank's specific procedures for using Raiser's Edge and will work closely with the Database Manager and the Director of Annual Giving to support the organization's fundraising and donor stewardship efforts.
