Mission
The Blackstone Valley Advocacy Center is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide comprehensive services to victims of domestic and sexual violence.
Provision of Services
BVAC will provide comprehensive services to victims of domestic and sexual violence including, but not limited to, the following:
1. Emergency shelter
2. Transitional housing
3. Counseling services
4. 24-hour hotline
5. Community awareness and prevention programs
6. Court advocacy
7. Individual and group education on how to function as the head of a household
8. Community support groups
9. Referrals to appropriate supportive services
10. Follow up services
No one will be denied help from BVAC based solely on the grounds of race, color, national origin, age disability, language, religious beliefs, political affiliation, or sexual orientation.
What We Do
Provide services to victims/survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and their families.
