What We Do

Amos House is a leading nonprofit social services agency in Providence, Rhode Island, that helps individuals overcome poverty, homelessness, and addiction. Founded in 1976, it operates the state's largest soup kitchen, serves over 200,000 meals annually, and provides shelter, housing, workforce development, recovery support, health care, and other vital services.
