Alliance for Nonprofit Impact

Designed by nonprofits for nonprofits, the Alliance for Nonprofit Impact is our state’s new resource hub that is designed to

-support nonprofit staff

-strengthen nonprofit organizations

-improve the ecosystem in which nonprofits work

All so that the Ocean State can build flourishing, equitable communities where all Rhode Islanders can thrive.

The Alliance is a place for nonprofit staff to connect with peers, to learn and grow professionally, and to access practical tools and resources to support the mission of nonprofits across the state.  While all nonprofits are welcome, we are especially focused on providing valuable support for organizations led by people of color and smaller organizations.

The Alliance was also created to be the voice of the nonprofit sector, to ensure that nonprofits have a seat at the table in the development of policy, legislation, and regulations affecting the sector and the communities they serve. 

Launched in January 2024, the Alliance is progressively rolling out new programs and services to meet the needs of its 350 member organizations and the people who work in them.  From professional development and training cohorts to practical tools for fundraising and operation to discounts from a wide variety of educational programs and vendors, the Alliance is working to provide valuable support and resources for the people and organizations that in turn provide support and resources to our communities every day.
