Who We Are
BRYTE (Brown Refugee Youth Tutoring & Enrichment) is one of Brown's largest service organizations. Founded in 2006, in partnership with Dorcas International, BRYTE provides in-home tutoring to K-12 refugee youth in the Providence area.
What We Do
BRYTE's mission is to support the self-empowerment of refugee youth through providing academic tutoring and mentorship, as well as fostering community among students who share experiences of resettlement in the United States.
BRYTE provides K-12 refugee youth with English language support, homework help, and enrichment activities.
