The Rhode Island Community Food Bank is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO. This key position serves as the administrative point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, manages the CEO’s calendar and travel, and plays a vital role in supporting the Board of Directors, including scheduling meetings, and preparing materials and meeting minutes. The Executive Assistant also serves as backup for the organization’s receptionist and may assist with special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and accuracy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven nonprofit environment.
