Under the guidance of the Director of Community Services, this position works closely with families, DCYF, and Family Court to offer proactive support, resource navigation, and trauma-informed advocacy. Your work will directly impact child safety, family preservation, and community healing. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with DCYF to assess family needs and provide resources, referrals, and safety planning. Identify underlying issues related to domestic violence that may affect family stability and functioning. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of child development, trauma-informed care, and parenting strategies.
