Mission: PASA helps closer persistent opportunity gaps among Providence youth by supporting and expanding access to and engagement in an ecosystem of high-quality out-of-school time learning environments. Vision: All youth experience a range of quality after-school, summer, and other expanded learning opportunities that promote their intellectual, creative, and healthy development.

PASA carries out our mission and reach our vision by focusing on the following values: Equity: Unwavering commitment to providing youth access to high quality programming from local providers and to an equitable, inclusive, and just environment for our youth, staff, partners, and families. Youth Voice: Building empathetic environments that affirm and foster youth humanity and empowerment. Collaboration: Combining the knowledge and experiences of all stakeholders to create an alliance that will bring about the best experience for the youth we serve. Quality: Sharing best practices that lead to success for our youth and focusing on continuous improvement, knowing growth and learning comes from evaluating our strengths and areas to improve.
